i have a 2021 super stock (i know not a demon ) but same ciller. my chiller keeps saying unavailable even when im in track mode. when i pull up the screen for it it shows chiller ready with the image of the red blower but when i go to turn it on it wont work and i get the message chiller not available. is there a temp setting for these im in NY and temps are cold here now. will it not work if its cold out? is it only available when the car feels it needs it ? i did some searching and cant find anything for my problem. any help would be awesome thanks

My guess, but not knowing for sure, is ambient temperature. The chiller is run by A/C compressor. If it's cold outside (below a set temperature) then your A/C will not engage to prevent freeze up. It's possible this same thing is keeping chiller from working? Just my thought, someone else may have a better take on this.

Yeah chiller won’t work in cold temps, for race cool down mode to work the eng temp has to be up there as well..note: if you pull your eng fuse for reset purposes race cool down won’t work until it sees x amount of ignition cycles to reboot

Would be nice if they wouldve added a note on the screen about low temp when it's grayed out just as a heads up.

There really is no need for the chiller to work in cold temps, the incoming air temps are colder than the air produced through the intercooler bricks with the chiller.

However, one way to move toward that ideal is big, as in, huge, coolers on the car, both radiator and aftercooler.
Upgraded pumps all around,
larger fittings and flow paths,
insulation of the intake tract from engine compartment heat,
insulating the headers, because their heat is needed literally nowhere.
