This is interesting. who are they suing?
-The aftermarket makers of the "shattermaster 5000" carbon fiber axles/driveshafts?
-The engineers who didn't install U-joints, the mechanical fuse to protect the driveshaft, of low enough yield strength to protect the Shattermaster from shattering and thus cause a chain reaction of repeat sales?
-The makers of the half-shafts that fail by the numbers?
