WD40 is the best thing I've found... tried several other products but always go back to WD40, Use the soft shop towels and lots of them... be gentle and the WD40 will melt the rubber off. Don't scrub or rub as the the dirt particles will scratch the paint.

I would like to elaborate on my earlier response. I had gone to the road coarse and had rubber all over my front end windshield and sides of the car. 100's of streeks of rubber all over the car. There I was with my trusty WD-40 and a micro fiber towel thinking dang I'm going to be here for hours at the rate that WD-40 cuts through rubber on paint. And with a stroke of luck here comes my neighbor who ownes a body shop. He looks at my suffering and says "dude use gasoline". Of course you need to wash the car first with soap and water to remove all other loose dirt. It will also remove wax if you're prepping for ceramic application. So you will need to re wax after using gas as a rubber cleaner but it sure saves a ton of time and reduces elbow grease output. Thank you neighbor! It all made sense after realizing gas never hurt my paint after spilling a little down the side of the car trying to top off at the pump back in the old days. It just evaporates away rather un eventfuly. Side note: I used the premix gas (50:1 ratio) that I have for my weed whacker. Since premix has a little oil in it I felt that it glides over the surface of the paint with less abrasion than straight gas. Since you were looking for advice regarding removing rubber from a drag racing situation, it would probably be an even easier chore to execute.

WD40 works GREAT, Pledge works great too, Goo Be Gone works as well for severely stuck on stuff, spray it one and leave soak for a few hours then cars wash it off.
Spray the fender liners, under the bumper, and 1/4 panels with Pledge before racing , no tape needed. Takes a whole can, 1/2 each side and have fun, go to car wash on way home and blast it all off.

A set of these Mopar splash guards also works great for keeping the rubber off your fenders.

I have the same car - Purple Chally with same mid guards. With weekly visits to the strip the guards are so caked with rubber they must weigh 5lb. each. Not reallly sure how to clean it off the guards. The gurads do agreat job of keeping rubber off the fenders, I have no rubber on the fenders and make 15-20 passes a month.

Mine also have a healthy coating of rubber particles on the rear guards. I haven't tried removing it, but imagine it would require some WD40 and a small scrapper.

Gasoline and a microfiber towel makes quick work of it. Bodyshop owner gave me that tip.
