Clutched Pulley

Saw a couple of cars with clutched pulleys at the SRT show and MSHS on Woodward (1 Hellcat and 1 Demon), they called them Decoupling Pulleys, guy said they have finished the testing and that they will be available soon from Josh at HHP and AJ at Hemituner Performance
I believe he said they are made by the OEM pulley manufacturer
