So this morning I went to my trusted local mechanic and he pulled code P0456. This code means that the ECM has detected a very small leak in the evaporative system. The leak has to appear twice in a row to cause the code to be activated by the ECM.
He cleared the code. I am relieved that it was not anything major as I hate the whole dealer service dance routine. Absolutely no impact on performance. So I ordered a scan tool to read and clear any future codes.
