There's a folded one on eBay. Best bet is to look at Dodge's media library, I think they have PDFs of many of these I can't remember the searchable URL though. You could then have it printed locally in any size for <$10

Tried with Google but couldn't find a hit, 400+ manuals though if anyone is interested:
Google for "site:dodge.com type: pdf" (remove the space before pdf)
