I read through a few posts already about coolant leaks. I understand the 2015s had plastic housing and can crack. This morning I started my car, let it warm up and backed it out to notice about shot glass worth of fresh coolant under the car. My question is: should I take it in ASAP, or wait and see if this happens again? the coolant levels still look normal and temps are still within range. I did top off the coolant a week ago and spilled some. Could it just have been that melting off?

It's very hard to offer suggestions when we don't know where the coolant puddle is relative to the car. Under what part of the car and which side, driver?? passenger?? middle?? This info/pictures would help the dealer as well.

How many times have you added coolant to the Recovery Tank on the Driver's Side & how much each time??

When you added coolant, did you spill any at all??

What line on the Recovery Tank did you top off to when cold, the Full Cold or Full Hot Line??

thanks for the reply. It is in the middle of the car. pretty much directly below the super charger. i got the car 9k miles ago and this was the first time i have topped off coolant. I only filled the driver side. It is pink coolant and the liquid I found under the cat was pink. Yes, a week ago when I added coolant I did spill. Some got into the bay but i cleaned as much as I could. I have never smelled coolant while driving either. I will add some pictures when I am off work

OK, below the SC front or rear? If more to the front, could be the water pump.

It's probably best to have the dealer pressure test both the engine cooling system as well as the Intercooler System (small tank passenger side). Both systems are separate. Note each level when cold & recheck both levels cold after a week of engine run cycles. Both cold levels should not change/move.

Also, note any smell sitting still from the engine compartment, after driving, hood up, engine off.
