So I placed an order for a Jailbreak back in February. I was late to the punch and I am from Canada. Then to top it off, in Alberta where it seems like they are not sending many Jailbreaks at all. I am losing hope. I don't really care if I get it this year, but I feel like it may never happen. If they end up doing a token 50 for Canada, what are the chances the others will happen in 2023?

It sounds like they are feeding you a line of bull. I would ask for an updated POC and demand to know if they have an allocation. Dodge has made clear all 23 chargers/challengers will be allocated to select dealers in Nov. Not all dealers will get some... I don't see how rolling over 22 orders would work with the new system. You might be better off looking at the dodge site and seeing if there is a U.S. dealer close to you that still has an allocation. They just released an updated list late last week.
Where does a guy find that list?

You can't do cross border purchase and have the factory warranty on a new car. For example if you buy a 2022 Canadian Hellcat and bring it to the states as a buyer you will get quite an unpleasant surprise the first time you bring it to a dealer here. They will void your entire warranty immediately and the car will be permanently red-flagged in the dealer database. When I was first looking to buy a Hellcat, a Dodge service rep told me about this.

I dont know if it is the same in Canada if you buy a US car and bring it into Canada. You may want to verify this first.
So frustrating when you can't get any cars up here.

You may already know this but here in the (formerly but hopefully soon to be again) Good Ol' U.S. when we get our VON we can track the vehicle on Dodge.com. Do you have a VON?
Oh wow! That would be nice. I have not asked the dealer for it. I'll have to check. I talked to them again today and they are talking to their Stellantis rep. to see what's happening. They seem to be hopeful but I'm losing faith.

Sorry about the chart not being updated for multiple days. My numbers werent working out and I couldnt figure out why. They changed package codes mid year, as well as re-used codes across Charger and Challenger and they didnt mean the same thing depending on the year and model. I messed things up when I started going back to previous years where the codes didnt mean the same thing. 2022 chart has been corrected and updated now.
Sorry for maybe a stupid question but is built actually down the line and done? Or does it represent VIN's created in their system?

Not at all, built means it has gone down the main assembly line, but not necessarily done. There are many steps after the car is built, ending in passing final QC inspections, being invoiced to the selling dealer and released for shipping (when the Window Sticker is issued).

So in terms of what I post here, the BS (Build Sheet) indicates the car has started production and then the WS (Window Sticker) tells us the car is done and ready to ship.
Right. So when looking at the updated chart there is no way to know how many VIN's have been assigned to how many have been built hey?

Found 15 Window Stickers tonight, 7 of them were Hellcats. None of them were forum members.
Always seem to be just a couple cars getting shipped out every night. Looking forward to Monday and hoping to see the plant back up and operating.

Rumor is that the Sterling Heights plant (builds the 5TH Gen 1500 including the TRX) is closing down for 2 weeks starting Monday due to parts shortages.
Oh man! I'm actually looking forward to a Monday!! :ROFLMAO:
