It sounds like they are feeding you a line of bull. I would ask for an updated POC and demand to know if they have an allocation. Dodge has made clear all 23 chargers/challengers will be allocated to select dealers in Nov. Not all dealers will get some... I don't see how rolling over 22 orders would work with the new system. You might be better off looking at the dodge site and seeing if there is a U.S. dealer close to you that still has an allocation. They just released an updated list late last week.

For example if you buy a 2022 Canadian Hellcat (a car originally produced for the Canadian market) and bring it to the states as a buyer you will get quite an unpleasant surprise the first time you bring it to a dealer here. They will void your entire warranty immediately and the car will be permanently red-flagged in the dealer database. When I was first looking to buy a Hellcat, a Dodge service rep told me about this.

I dont know if it is the same in Canada if you buy a US car and bring it into Canada. You may want to verify this first.

The build sheet will say: Build To U.S. Mkt. Specifications or Build To Canada Mkt. Specifications on it.

US cars will also say U.S. Specifications Label for emissons under the hood and I recall someone in Canada not being able to register a car there because it was accidentally ordered as a US spec car and Dodge gave them an entirely new order to replace it. There was a thread here on that in the past few months..

I am not to sure about faster because on the first order at this point I was already in the production phase. From ordered date to delivery it was 3 months I am approaching 2 months now and no status changed.

I didn't ask if the dealer had an allocation. No VIN yet at all. WOW do I wish!!! When I ask about any updates, they tell me that it looks like it's getting pushed to next year.

Oh wow! That would be nice. I have not asked the dealer for it. I'll have to check. I talked to them again today and they are talking to their Stellantis rep. to see what's happening. They seem to be hopeful but I'm losing faith.

I have been updating a few other threads here occasionally with single group numbers but figured someone might appreciate the full Hellcat numbers to date.

This is the complete breakdown of all 2022 Hellcat Challengers/Chargers that I have been able to find build to date.

If anyone has seen my TRX posts over on RAMTRX then they already will recognize this chart style.
Every column is Built / Shipped (Build Sheet / Window Sticker)

Ex:
So for the YTD total they have built 4621 and shipped 4404 of those as of today.
Built 272 Octane Red and shipped 259
California is in the lead currently with 471 built, 453 of those shipped.
etc

The bar chart at the top is grouped by week, with the 7th week of the year being when the first Hellcat came down the line, (ignoring the pilot cars built long before then)



If anybody has any questions/suggestions I will do my best to accommodate.
