Current 2022 Hellcat Production Numbers

119624 Views 1340 Replies 135 Participants Last post by  Breed35
I wasn't sure where best to place this so hopefully this works here.

I have been updating a few other threads here occasionally with single group numbers but figured someone might appreciate the full Hellcat numbers to date.

This is the complete breakdown of all 2022 Hellcat Challengers/Chargers that I have been able to find build to date.

If anyone has seen my TRX posts over on RAMTRX then they already will recognize this chart style.
Every column is Built / Shipped (Build Sheet / Window Sticker)

Ex:
So for the YTD total they have built 6074 and shipped 5818 of those as of today.
Built 357 Octane Red and shipped 344
California is in the lead currently with 611 built, 591 of those shipped.
etc

The bar chart at the top is grouped by week, with the 7th week of the year being when the first Hellcat came down the line, (ignoring the pilot cars built long before then)

If anybody has any questions/suggestions I will do my best to accommodate.

No, I have no affiliation with Stellantis at all and only access to public information. I only am able to figure out the state and color after the cars are built and the build sheets are published.
Appreciate the legwork and time!
keep the info coming.

Found another 133 new orders tonight, 4 of them were Challenger Hellcats, 2 were Challenger Redeyes

Triple b do you do a daily chart or a weekly chart? And if you do a daily chart do you have the 7/19 chart up yet?
Since I just started posting this here on Sunday I havent really established a "posting routine" for hellcat.org yet. I do post twice a day on weekdays and in the evenings on saturday and sunday on the other forums that I do this for currently.
This is just a hobby project and unfortunately I do have an actual day job that pays the bills. I was quite busy with that this morning and so I have not finalized the Brampton data for this mornings data pull. I will get to it shortly though. (y) I am still working through all the options for the Challengers/Chargers as I am not as familiar with those as I am the trucks personally. There were some cars in this mornings data that had not been accounted for and so the chart was not complete and I waited to post it.

760 cars started production, 26 of those were Hellcats.

Please let us know when 22 production ends. I am sure many of us want to know if we have a 1 of 1, but no sense in asking now. Thanks!

BTW: You might think about starting a service, you are doing a lot of skilled work providing info to people who want it and would probably pay a couple/few $ for it. Personally I would prefer to pay for good info rather than have a free service end because it was not worth the effort.

Yeah there was a guy with the username plmcrzy that used to do VIN specific details on your car to tell you if it was a one of one or a one of whatever but I heard he might have had some health issues he hasn't been around for at least a year it would be nice if somebody performed the service like that and he was charging 25 bucks so I'm sure guys will be willing to pay a little bit of money to get some information about their car
I would seriously like to know how many total Widebody Hellcat Challengers (non-redeye) were built in 2021, and broken down by color.

Sorry, I should have made that more clear. I have also downloaded the 2021 numbers.

What is it you want to know about the 2021's?
I got this info from Dodge. "In the 2021 model year, there were 2052 (including/as your own) 2021 DODGE CHALLENGER SRT HELLCAT REDEYES manufactured. According to our records, there were 348 Challenger DODGE CHALLENGER SRT HELLCAT REDEYE (non wide) units built in PAE (Smoke Show) Paint for the 2021 model year.
Sorry, I should have made that more clear. I have also downloaded the 2021 numbers. I am slowly working my way all the way back to 2015 in an attempt to gather all Hellcat data, trackhawk, durango, challenger, charger, TRX.

What is it you want to know about the 2021's?
I have all the 2021 Durango Hellcat data as I did the same thing you are doing for 2022s for the DDHCs.

Can you do something like this with the 2021 Super Stocks? Basically how many came with what options.

Nice, I am working my way back through the years and am into 2018 now, gathering all the trackhawk, challengers and chargers currently.

Will love to compare data when you get the Durango Hellcats. I am missing a handful of VINs which you may have been able to find.

Unfortunately, I still have not found a solution to the problem I mentioned the last time we talked about this. My numbers don't match those presented by others on the forums exactly. Even those that are reporting numbers from Dodge after the year end, the only discrepancy that I am aware of that I cannot account for is cars that are scrapped before delivery and take away from the total number built. Problem is sometimes I'm off by more than a few cars and I would find it hard to believe that many got destroyed. But maybe it's more common than I expect it to be.

Ok, give a minute and I will go pull up my 2021 data and process the durangos. I havent started processing the files to summarize the country, state, color etc. I am currently just working through all the VIN's to find the vehicles and then planned to go back once that was done to process options later.

All I can say currently is that I have 3556 Durango Hellcats

As of today there have been 4 built.

Just to repeat what I said above, I would not find these numbers very useful at this point since production for the 2022 year is not complete yet. They are still building more and until they are done we just wont know what the final numbers are.
