Ordered a 9 lb battery for my 2020 HC. Very sweet battery. Fits perfect and looks killer. Works great!
Problem is, can't contact DCR. Left voice messages and emails. No response.
I am trying to contact them because I seem to have gotten a used charger (proper charger included with purchase). It does not work as instructions explain. It has a hole on top of it and has obviously been worked on, defiantly not new.
Also the M6 countersunk bolt was not included. Just expecting a little more for over $800.00
Product seems great but forget about customer support. If you can get ahold of them they will not be happy.

DCR is very well known in the SRT4 world for this behavior. Got a question? Good luck with contact. Waiting for delivery and looking for an update? Forget about it. Ask a question or complaining on Facebook? Blocked. "DCR" brand parts? Often repackaged generic parts store stuff.

This has been going on for many years. Good luck though, I hope you get it resolved.

Damn, 800 for a battery to save weight.
I guess you have already pulled the subwoofer, tire pump, foam holder, trunk platform and liner, and rear seat if your cutting weight?

Ive only had to contact them once with a question but received a response within several days. But ive been running it since May 2019 with no probelms.

When I purchased mine I had the screw missing issue also and hit him up on facebook messenger - he responded quickly and shipped me the screw ASAP - Log into Facebook
