Hi guys, wondering if anyone else had this sound. From my best description. It sounds like the fan wants to turn on... it will start for 1 second, then stop, then turn on, then stop. Its like the thermostat is confused.

Second noise I have is when starting engine, it gives that loud rattle from the timing chain tensioner. I read that it was normal.. but i never had that sound til recently.. is that something i could get warranty for? sounds like sh*t for a $100 plus vehicle...
