Does anyone have a dealer in North or Central New Jersey that they trust to service their HC? I almost sued the dealer closest to me, so they are pretty much out.

Thanks

Not real happy with Riccardi. First, I had to tell them to drain the second oil plug. The tech's response was "not much comes out of there so I did not bother to do it".

Second, I asked them to install the Skip Shift Eliminator. He never plugged one end in all of the way. He probably noticed pulling it off the lift that you had to hit it with a sledge hammer to get it into reverse, but never said a word. My local STS put it on a lift and plugged it in.

Why is it so darn hard to find a good dealer in NJ?????

I live in North Jersey (West Caldwell) and was thinking about going to Nielsen in East Hanover for my cat that I picked up earlier this month from a dealer in NC.

I used to go there when I owned an '06 Magnum, and it was named Warnock.

Anybody know if they are reliable? My other option is Rt 46 Dodge in Little Falls... Not sure of their SRT experience.

I bought my magnum from there also, and took my R/T there once also. I did not have a horrible experience with them, but did not feel like they tried very hard to find the cause of any problems. Did not hate them, but don't have a lot of trust in them either.

Looks like I partially defamed Liccardi. True, I had to "remind" them to drain both oil drains, but the other issue looks like it was a defective part. Sorry
