I tried to build a 2021 on dodge.com and send the link to a dealer I work with so they could shoot me a price and even though I can clearly pick a 2021 manual widebody hellcat they keep telling me they can’t build a manual hellcat widebody. I said I thought that was red eye and up only? They said it’s neither one. Are they totally wrong on this one? I doubt dodges own website is wrong. There’s plenty of us driving manual hellcats.

You can still purchase a manual Hellcat, Dodge doesn't make them (and haven't) for the widebody models, Super Stock or the Red Eye. It's been like that since the announcment and release of the three respective trims and types.

It would sure be nice to get a wide body Red Eye in a manual 6, but they are non-existent.

You CAN get a Widebody Hellcat in a manual. Just not yet. End of June.
The 6.2L HO are only available in A8.

We already have clarified with dodge, several of us contacted them and opened cases. We have another discussion, just search it. The manual IS coming back, they're recalibrating it. Should be by fall, possibly sooner.

It's not necessarily June. The SRT rep called me and told me that's the earliest possible, they just aren't sure yet. She said almost certainly before 2022 models start being made.

I wasn't interested in a Scat, I wouldn't know. I've read people in this forum say they ordered one recently so I assume you can.

Someone I heard of somewhere (and saw some of his progress pics) is getting all the factory manual parts and making a conversion of their Redeye to the ONLY manual Redeye in the world. I mean ALL the parts. ALL of them.

I'd be really impressed to see an eight-speed manual trans. All the tractability and ease of launch, and more fuel mileage.

The C8 Corvette uses an 8-speed Tremec with automatic clutch.
