As title says. Clearing out some stuff for next project so my loss is your gain.

HAVE RECEIVED MANY DMs ASKING FOR MORE PICS OF THE BLOWER. THEY WILL BE ADDED HERE

1. 2.7L main blower unit. Has some rotor contact (as pictured). Bearing plate has a small crack and I recommend replacing with the available billet one.
Blower was taken apart in anticipation of rebuild. Has all hardware and gaskets included.
Snout not included (but can be).
$1750

2. 2.7L ported snout. Unused.
Work done by FAS moto. Brand new shaft by SDG Motorsports. Bolt on power. Comes with OEM pulley.
$2300

3. 2.8” TBA pulley. Brand new unused. Hub included
$175

How much is it going to cost to fix it so other have a idea of the cost compared to a new or good used one thks ? As I’m sure you have checked before selling it otherwise wouldn’t it make more sense to fix it and then sell it if was more profitable ?

Great question -
Trust me I’d rather sell or keep a complete unit
I had it inspected by Jon Bond Performance for a rebuild. Apparently the male rotor needs to be replaced (I assume that’s the pointy one lol but it’s 2021 so I could be wrong). The other/female rotor can be recoated.
Costs to rebuild are in the 800-1000
Range from a reputable shop. Issue is finding a rotor as 2.7L ihi parts are hard to source. That being said, the Hellcat crowd is quite an enterprising and connected bunch so I’m sure someone has an in.
I had the snout ported and rebuilt with new parts in the hope of using it but such is not the case. That was an additional $900

for comparison, a new 2.7L is around $10k before tax. Used ones range from 6k-$7500 roughly. So this is an opportunity if someone has the resources to put it back together, and I’m negotiable.

Went into the dealer to see about purchasing new rotors - said I would need the vehice VIN. Dont know of an aftermarket source for the rotors and no feedback from Jokerz regarding that subject.

Why a vin ? Either way just use any vin number I wouldn’t think it would matter between individual cars (REDEYE,demon)the motors are all the same...
All it takes I’d think would be to say this is the car it came off as it’s used ? Or find a wrecked one and borrow its vin number ,heck maybe the seller will let you use his if need be,(lol) crazy why they’d need a vin...

What would someone need to put it on a 6.4 then ? Besides the adapter.. ? As I’m guessing it’s not the whole supercharger (kit) as it would come if a new one was purchased?
Thinking of helping the kid build a blown challenger..
