I picked up my Demon and it has the original tires.

I hear the dealers have no more of the originals.

What is the scoop? Nito says the G2 is designed to go on the front and compliment a drag radial on the rear.

What is the difference between the drag radials they offer?

Recommendation?

Anybody got some extra factory Demon wheels they want to sell? May just buy some new ones. Anybody got a hook up at a dealer?

555RII is what u want in the rears. Personally, I would run the Michelin PS4's up front. Its just a better tire than the 555G2 in every way. Doesnt matter that they are different brands means nothing.

The 555R2 replaced the NT05R. Factory Demon wheels will be $5-6k if u can find anyone to sell them to u or u can just buy after markets that look identical. I dont think any dealer has these for sale new.

The 555RII replaced the NT05R. If the Demon was released to day it would have the 555RII's. Its not about nostalgia bro its about traction.

I am thinking keep my original wheels/tires and get a new set of wheels and tires - burn those up.

I guess I’ll keep looking for some original wheels. Heck, I wonder if Super Stock wheels are available. Different color I think. Havent seen one in person.

That is retail. They sell at a discount. No ETA means they are on Back Order, but not discontinued.

There are some on Ebay and you can search around for some in stock somewhere. Maybe make a few Calls. Call Jereme in internet parts at McKinney. He will see if he can locate some or give you a better idea of ETA. Call Tuesday. He is pretty sharp.
