Just got my Diablo sport and did all updates and when I load lmi 93 tune my afr is 9.0 😞😞 called Diablo and they said we get back to you about this issues next day and it’s been 4 days and still nothing / put stock tune back on and afr is fine again 13.5 / I have 2019 Dodge Charger hellcat with lower incognito / jlt intake / 3.09 gears / also looking for View attachment 576969

Same issue. Same car. Same lmi tune approximately one year ago. Spoke with four different people at DiabloSport over the period of a month. They were never able to fix this. Unbelievable a year later they still haven't fixed it. Gave up went with a custom tune.

You can try the tech support line a few more times if you really want to run their tune. I get it, you paid for it and you want it to work. But a custom tune is money well spent as well if you work with the right person.

I have used the Diablo tech line quite a few times on projects that have come thru. Sometimes I’m blown away with amazing service, other times issues never get resolved and we just go another route to get the customer going.

Diablo service desk is like any service desk. Count yourself lucky if you get someone who knows what they're doing as opposed to someone who's reading scripts off an internal knowledgebase. All service desks have high turnover rates so your chances of getting the latter is always going to be more likely. Like @saagz87 suggested, invest in a tune written specifically for your cat. Hemifever has an excellent reputation both here and on other Dodge performance forums.
