Ordered the DS version for a 21 Charger Redeye. Plan is to run the DSC tune file as I am more of a canyon guy.
Will post my impressions up when I get it in and installed.

I also have a suspension crazy friend who designed his own sus. and simulated it before building and installing so I may do a backup and let him go to town on the options/parameters......

Just got mine today and from a hardware perspective, this is very disappointing.

The plastic case looks terrible (fit and finish).
Hardware inside had a bridge wire to fix a mistake
Main (only) controller inside is a cheapo 16-bit DSPIC.
Definitely not even $50 in BOM.
Also for the price, could have tossed in a mini USB cable for it.

Hopefully the difference it makes to the feel of the car will make up for it. Will install it later tonight to test it out.

Anyone here played with the tuning to make it a bit more comfortable?
I went on a drive last night after installing this and the regular street cruising was definitely a bit firmer.

My understanding is that I can turn down the default rate a bit on the gcomfort settings and maybe increase the G box and that should give me the desired effects without too much messing about in the other values.

Otherwise, on a bit of a push around some fun roads, this definitely felt more composed!

I ordered in mid-March and likely won't see it at my door until June according to Summit. Shortly after placing the order they said it was on national backorder and I would be waiting until April 2022. That is a non-starter to have that kind of coin tied up in a part for a year. I am glad it changed.

I ordered mine from HHP and it shipped the next day basically.

No doubt the usual vendors bought stock and have some on hand. However, as I mentioned pages back, I had to get (chase) Summit on the case of adding it to their catalogue. So obviously their purchasing department weren't there yet. Mine is a tale of caution. Summit still has the best international customer service options for folks like me.

Also, I should clarify I should see the part in early-May, not June. Me not so math good.

Nice that you managed to get summit to purchase it.
I have only used them once before but they were not too bad. Not much experience with them though.

New member, but was a reader of this thread before ordering. Got my Diablosport box a couple days after ordering it mid last month. Works well, feels more uniform front to rear where I felt the OE file was mainly stiffening rear rebound, but wasn't exactly sure what the file differences were between street-sport-track, so I read them using the DSC software. Once I got that sorted (my files matched the DSC sport files except for the launch timer was cut in half) I decided to check and set zero on the shocks. Seemed like a reasonable thing to do, driver and half fuel weight, leveled surface and all, but after the zero set and reset board, my box also has a read / function error. It seems to still be working properly in the car and I have no error lights (2020 Challenger), but communication is a no go using the DSC software. I never attempted to change the file settings, just did a shock zero procedure per the DSC sport video.

Tried unplugging/replugging, reinstalling drivers, etc. No luck.

Due to DS and DSC Sport having two different files loaded -- albeit just one difference being the launch timer.

I've cancelled my DS suspension controller order until they get a fix in place and hopefully an end user firmware installation program for any future firmware.

I ended up pulling mine out and requesting a refund after it locked up and prevented me from adjusting anything.

Hope they figure out the issues :/

Sounds like mine is stuck on either sport or track then. Diablosport never answered my email. Do we have a direct email other than the 1 on their site?

Are you able to select a different drive mode from the srt pages? Or does it always go back to displaying "street"?

Mine is still broken. I sent it to them and they just said it's fine and sent it back. Still doesn't work once actually installed in the car. (Stock one works perfectly)
