Direct connection power pack and intake

Just got my 2019 redeye. I am going to do the direct connection power upgrades once available. From looking at them I only see a different air filter included. Anyone have any thoughts on if it would be any advantage or disadvantage if I installed an intake prior to getting the power packs.

Why do it? You can get 885HP and still have factory warranty. I also don’t understand why people get after market cold air intakes. The stock on is built not to fail why the aftermarket one you have no clue if it fails or not

The hold up is POS California bastards!! They said it would be legal in all 50 states, they should scratch that and say 49 states
