Does anyone know the difference between the Redeye High Flow Air Box (77072546AC) from Direct Connection vs the standard Redye Air Filter (68424621AC) & (53011131AC) assembly?

I believe it is just a redeye style airbox for use in other HC's besides the redeye. Redeye models are not listed in the description.

I hope it comes with the air tube with the proper cutouts, otherwise it will be another 600 plus for that.

It says 2019+ Challenger/Charger 6.2L....I would take that as all Hellcats (Redeye included).

Exactly! The air duct for the regular hellcat, non redeye, is different sizing than the redeye air duct. Not sure if the Direct Connection Redeye High Flow Air Box will fit.

I talked to “chuck” at direct connection, and he said their redeye air box is a bolt on and all will fit as long as we use the OE rubber rube that is on now. My cat is still being built and I don’t have the air box yet so I could not argue with him, but it looks their box comes with only one cutout, and we need a location for the IAT still. I’ll see and if it’s not plug and play like he said, I’ll call them again and see if I can get a discounted red eye air tube or something. The cheapest tube I found was on eBay which was only 1, at like almost 700. It’s prob still there.

That is what I find on the Direct Connection website. Apparently, the part number or SKU is different than what is on the catalog. Also, if you look at the installation instructions, it seems like the air duct is the redeye one, not the regular hellcat one.

Thanks, this is actually confusing. Doesn’t look like it will work in a non-Redeye to me. And there’s no sense taking off a Redeye intake to put this on. I don’t get it. 🤷‍♂️

I'll get in touch with my Power Broker parts department and see what they have to say.
