This is how Dodge milks us like dollar cows, which I am sort of ok with, but also gets around "we will never sell a Challenger faster than the Demon". No way can any auto maker sell or install anything on a current year model car that is not emissions legal.

Google Harley Davidson EPA Settlement for more info.

Helephant had an age restriction to get around that, 1976 I believe, so basically an off-road engine as far as the emissions regulations are concerned.

Right, Helephant in a new car is not happening, that's why they used an early Charger body to show it off.

But these Stage kits will be totally legal, the Company is not gonna take a chance on getting busted like Harley Davidson did.

The fine print will tell us. It can be for off-road use only and not void your warranty...
