Seriously if you guys make a road trip, you should consider coming to the Woodward Dream Cruise. I don't know if people outside of the Detroit metro area have heard about it, but it's a cruise that is supposed to be a Saturday in the summer (August I think). I ends up being a whole week long. It runs from the edge of The D to Pontiac about 12 miles long. Every kind of hot rod, truck, super car, exotic, classic, custom car you can think of. Thousands upon thousands of cars, too many people, and some cool people watching. We might have to have Chrysler get a parking lot just for the Hell Cats of North America.
