I would see if you can find a set of "take off's" on eBay. You could save those for "all season" tires and run Max Performance Summer on those wheels.

The wheels you want are not available any more. You can get the 5-Deep in the Matte Vapor finish (WSE) but not in the traditional Black (WEB).

Yeah that's what I would have ordered had I known they were changing the stock. It's not my first choice, but I could just powdercoat them black, or live with the dark grey. They'd be the right shape.

no I didn't; I thought I was ordering the stock HC2s. The difference in these on a spreadsheet from HC stock hc2s is ONE word in a long line of the same words. DRAG vs PERF. We were building based on the 22 builder with a spreadsheet. I didn't think they'd swap the stock wheels for scat pack wheels, I didn't notice the one-word difference. Of course I feel incredibly stupid now though, I'd have just gotten the other wheels for 2k more if I'd known. it wasn't a money thing for choosing stock wheels, I just loved how they looked. I'd have added 2k for the shape and powder coated them black to look like HC2 stock roflol.

I didn't want aftermarket I was so happy with how the car looked. Now I am just. Honestly a bit sad and feel stupid.

You WILL find the wheels you're looking for on this forum. Our people always come through! I wouldn't think about ordering a new one for that reason unless of course you just want a new one.

This literally ruins the car lol. If I had ANY visual representation I would have sprung for the aluminum ones with the shape I wanted. Calling my dealer to see what can't be done, this is not what I wanted or ordered. I only got a visual representation for the first time yesterday, after the car has already been shipped. Why the **** would they change the stock hellcat tires to this garbage.

Sorry for the language and general lack of etiquette, I am so absolutely disappointed. I am hoping my dealer can get me a set of 22 stock rims OR retroactively upgrade me to the aluminum ones with the shape I want. I don't want that *** bicycle looking shit.

rhase, I don't blame you at all and I agree with you 100%! They ruin the look of the car. Wheels make a HUGE difference in how any car looks, they should know that!
If they would update their damn 'Build & Price" web page to reflect 2023 instead of 2022 we could all see what it was we were getting. I suspect my Jailbreak will have those same goofy looking 10 spoke (by my count) wheels on it too. And I'll have to buy new ones...

5 spokes are definitely my favorite, especially since every ‘15 & ‘16 had slingshots. It was a nice change on my ‘17 to have a different look than everyone else. Clearly this is no longer the case 😂, but I still love the look of that wheel!

I feel your pain about the bad wheel selection for 2023. This has been mentioned before in other threads.

For the Plum Crazy NBREJB I ordered, I wanted the WFC Machined Granite Pocket wheels that I got with my 2022. They are not offered on the 2023. I ended up ordering the optional WRJ Brass Monkey wheels which along with the WSE Matte Vapor 5-spokes were the only listed optional wheel on the ordering matrix for the NBREJB for 2023. If I could change my order I'd delete the Brass Monkey Wheels and just accept the standard split spokes, since I'm going to change wheels anyway.

I already bought a used set of the WFC wheels off of FB, got them stripped and powdercoated, and they are now sitting in the garage awaiting the car.

What’s the difference between slingshots and warp speeds? Are the warp speeds just concave for wide bodies?

They just keep renaming them and changing the finish. The 2022 "Machined Granite Pocket" version just has the face machined away to show the shiny aluminum, versus the other versions that were powder coated silver or black chrome or Brass Monkey over the various previous years.

The dodge customer support rep literally stonewalled me then hung up on me, refusing to let me speak with anyone to make a deal to get the wheels I want. They didn't support their dealerships with appropriate sales collateral and they are sticking the dealers with the cost to fix this. I'm honestly ready to back out of the deal. Dodge is such a bad company I am spending 80k dollars with them and they are telling me too bad you are stuck with it???? It's not even a huge cost to them to help make it right; it's not like I ordered scat wheels explicitly.

I'm so immensely disappointed in dodge.

All of this could have been avoided if Dodge had an ACTUAL order system in place for 2023!!!
