Hey everybody. I’m going to be in the market soon after I graduate college for a Dodge Charger Hellcat Redeye and it’s been my favorite car since it got announced. However I don’t want to get pummeled with the insane markups that some people are talking about. Is there any good dealerships that can be recommended on the East Coast. I currently live in NY & I don’t mind a road trip for my dream car. Thank you for your help!

Ask for Mark at Fitzpatrick's in Ansonia, CT (right near New Haven). I ordered my 2021 Charger Redeye through him with no markup. In 2019 I ordered my Wrangler through him as well and he was very fair on the price (I think 3% below invoice). Easy to work with and very straightforward and fair when it comes to price.

That's ballzy to share your source. I have 2 places that are doing MSRP on a Jail Break but I keep it close for now, someone may try to steal mine!

Unless you already have a $20K sitting around and a six figure job lined up you are going to be living in your car; don't forget gas, insurance, maintenance. You are looking at about $1,600 -$2K month on car expenses. Just starting out better to save your money and get a Scat Pack or good deal on used HC if you really want a Challenger/Charger, otherwise you are looking at 4 or 5 years of living paycheck to paycheck. If you do have the money then step up to JB, unless you really don't care about trim options, personally I could barely afford a GT when I graduated from college, you probably have a better degree than me.

Who knows he could be very well off. No judge here. If not I'd get a more reasonable priced car and invest that money for the future when you can comfortably afford it. After your retirement is set, house, etc.

Nothing wrong with a Scat Pack either.

So everyone on here has a six figure job and put $20k down on their Hellcat and the ones that don’t live in their car?

I put my order in back in September and got it at the end of December. I'm just trying to give business to somewhere that has treated me well and help the OP avoid having to sort through normal dealer BS.
I appreciate this a bunch. Thank you! & yes you’re 100% right. We should give business to those who don’t ram the people from behind (no pun intended). I’ll definitely give them a call.

True. There is nothing wrong with a Scat but i’ve wanted the Redeye ever since they got announced and now that 2023 is the last year I think this is the time to get one (in a fair way obviously, hence my post).
