Probably a stupid question but I was wondering how all these top speeds are gotten with overdrive gears and such.

My Redeye shifts through every gear, of course the first few go quickly, then the last shift into 8th is at 132mph at full throttle.

Weird, mine shifts at 168 mph into 8th gear - 3.09 rear end

Last time I had mine out I hit 285kph in 5th gear then let off. It was still pulling hard so I have no doubt that it would exceed the 340KM speedometer
That’s 177mph, 2.62 gear
