Just wondering if someone has a contact at SRT Customer Care who could help me with an issue? I approached SRT in early March and April regarding a service contract that SRT promised they could roll over into my new vehicle. I have names and dates of the people who have told me that this was do-able once I got my new vehicle. Now that I've taken delivery I'm being told that what these two contacts have told me at SRT customer care was a lie, and that SRT is unwilling to make this right even though they have logs of telling me wrong information. I'm furious, as my $80,000 Redeye purchase was pretty much contingent on this happening, and I feel like I was hoodwinked by SRT, where historically they have been very helpful.
