I find it indispensable for PC's. Since I mostly use a mac, the screenshot capability is built in. It is great when you just need to grab that pic. Unless you already have something.
When you are in the Nike site, there is one under shoes called NikeID. If you click on that you can modify a few different types of shoes with colors and text. Mine ended up being $120 when done. Which isn't bad for running shoes.
