Hey all, I know the short answer, just curious if anyone has driven their car to the tuner with a smaller pulley, just don't go over on boost? Just baby the car. its only about 20 miles away, just curious if anyone else has ever done it without ramification. Thanks all, and happy new year.

Yes it is tuned for a 2.75 right now just upping the boost with a 2.5 and some timing, due to the interchiller 😬

I drove 60+ miles with a 2.5" pulley untuned. You'll be fine.

Maybe your Tune will be fine driving
I've had my race Tune installed and was fine on ........Just no Pedal to the metal!

Just put the car in Eco mode. It'll dump all the boost out of the bypass.

One thing I do want to say.
I have several Tunes
But when I'm in Daily driving mode I have a ring to make my pulley stock size.

Do you have that? Then you will have a Track tune and a DD tune

I think this will throw the CEL on if the car is tuned.

OK, after some issues with the original tuner almost blowing my engine, I took it over to MPR, who works with Josh and HHP, the car made 920hp. The nice thing about MPR, they did a track rental yesterday (2/9/22) and ran the fastest time yet, 6.27 @113mph. Super excited about that, now I have to worry about my NHRA license, I will definitely keep tabs on this forum

Being able to Spend time at a the track with a Hemu Tuner is priceless!
