here goes…. no drag racer here, never have, not sure if I ever will… though I had to have a Super Stock! Why did Dodge install drag radials on all four corners? I understand once they
heat up they get sticky, but why the front? Does having a drag radial up front provide a benefit? Basically four bald tires for driving the car on the street? Love this car, most beautiful one I’ve had yet. Just don’t completely get it.

Can’t answer your question but I just had to comment that this color is beautiful. Congrats on the purchase

There same size all around so they can be rotated from back to front when you burn the tire off !!

If I had a SS I would put Mich PS4S on the front and save the DR's. You'll need them next year then the rears are bald. BTW: Do DR's last long enough to make it to recommended rotation? ;)
Not sure, had it for a couple months and have 12.6 miles on the odometer. Every time I think about taking it out.. it snows..

Just beautiful!
I know I am looking at a beautiful car when I begin to salivate.
Can't wait for my SS to be built.

I wish that were possible, but I do not believe the PS4S come in the correct aspect ratio and the widest I have seen in 18" are 285s-but they are 35zr18s.

Sorry, I forgot about the 18" thing... Even if it is a little narrower or a different tire, I would go that direction but obviously I have not researched the options.

At 6.3 miles per month, I think you will be fine. The other option would be to put 20" factory Widebody tires and wheels on your car and enjoy it.

Love the gold! Congrats on having a piece of automotive history.

You may be onto something. I was working off old research. I just took another quick look and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S come in 295/45zr18 with 731 revs per mile. A quick look shows that the Nitto NT555RII needs 744 revs per mile.
