So, I tested my fitment today. I had my o.e. wheels narrowed to 9" wide. I then bought the cheapest used 275/55R20 tire I could find local to me. I didn't want to spend $1,100+ on tires that don't fit. Well, it fits. Definitely very close to touching at full lock, but close doesn't count. So, I went ahead and ordered the Blizzacks. I'll post more pix once I have all 4 of those on.

Nice! Sometimes I can't tell if you're being serious or not,LOL. But did you get an extra set of oem wheels and who did the narrowing? I was thinking of having a couple widened.

The set of cheapy winters I got for my SRT just squeak by with the larger HC calipers....going with 275/50/20 Michi cross climate 2 at 320 installed/balanced..
I was tempted to try a 275/60R20, but that would be pushing it. With winter approaching and a long road trip to the north for Thanksgiving, I didn't have time to keep experimenting. Next year when these are off the truck I may try to find a used one local and see if it would work. Out of an abundance of caution I also bought a set of 10mm spacers, just in case. The 55 series tires don't need them, but if the 60 series is to work, I'm sure I'll need them.

Why would you have factory wheels narrowed. How much does that cost

I just had a set of 265/50R20 Blizzaks mounted on wide body replica wheels (20x10 30mm offset) that I will be running on the Trackhawk this winter:

I wanted to go with as tall a tire as possible. That's why I had the wheels narrowed, to get out from under the suspension. As mentioned previously, I'll test fit a 33" tire next year.
