Here is a list of the issues we have had so far. Durango was delivered 4/1.
Service Active Dampening System Message comes on within a few miles of driving. Lose all dampening in shocks.
Front TPMS sensors not reading. They went out within the first 500 miles.
Intercooler coolant low message came on once. Coolant was below minimum and filled it back up and has fallen again. No sign of leak.
Had a Misfire Cylinder #8 but it went away. (I think it was bad gas maybe)
Cylinder 8 misfire caused really bad drone in cabin.
Rear hatch misaligned and hitting on edge of rear.
Rear center console was loose. Had 2 of the mounting plate bolts only screwed halfway in.
Parking sensors randomly go off sometimes while driving with nothing in front of the vehicle.

Anyone else have anything like this? Hoping these are problems that won't become reoccuring and can be fixed. Sitting at the dealer now.

I only have advice for the suspension, did you ever get the issue fixed? if not, I had this issue when one of my wheels rubbed a hole in the cable coming from the shock and strut and blew a fuse. If the problem is still occurring, you might want to check them and the fuse

Damn man, that really sucks. We got lucky I guess, 600 miles so far and no issues at all, even the paint seems to be blemish free.

I have a 2021 Charger HCRE, and around 500 miles my TPMS also started not reading the passenger side front and back wheel. This issues comes and goes every few weeks, and I cannot make head or tails of it. I want to take to the dealer while its displaying there error but it goes away after 10-20 miles of driving. On my next oil change regardless if its displaying or not I will have them address, and hopefully the error is stored in memory. OP please let us know what the dealer says about all your issues! IT should all be covered under warranty.

They are hoping to get the TPMS fixed this week. Their TPMS reader broke last week before they could get to it and they submitted a STAR case for the suspension. They cant replicate the #8 misfire and have not figured out any reason why the coolant is low. I checked all the wiring for the shocks and nothing is rubbing or loose. Just hoping we can get it fixed. Its all under warranty of course but annoying for a new expensive vehicle to have so many issues.

Unless I missed it, have they tried just replacing the TPMS? They don't cost much, seems like an easy first start.

Sure hope they get it all fixed otherwise, you might start pursuing the lemon law.

Just picked up mine today. Noticed the exhaust tips are off alignment... WTF.
My driver's side tip was a little off too but you can fix it yourself really easy, just loosen the 12mm or 13mm bolt right next to the exhaust tip and adjust it to your liking, then tighten it back up.

Yep it easy to fix, but shouldn't have to on 90k vehicle.

Agreed, but at least that is easy to fix.

It is impressive they can’t align the tips properly. Drivers side was touching the bumper fascia on my 2015 hellcat charger as well as our 2018 SRT Durango. Same side and everything. Easy fix like you said. My Trackhawk has the quad tips and they were straight somehow

I've had 4 Chargers myself, and my brother has had a couple of Charger Hellcats too.....every one had the tips crooked in the back 🤦‍♂️
Yep, our previous Charger Hellcat had one tip crooked from the factory too.

I have a weird moaning/howling sound coming from the engine between 2,000 - 3,200 RPMs, and only when the truck is warm. It’s not driveline noise and not speed dependent, I can replicate it in any gear and speed. It’s 100% coming from the engine bay. I’ll try to grab a video of it soon.

I took it into the dealer and their master tech said, “It’s just the exhaust. The Demon engine they put in these things is loud like that.” Outside of everything wrong with that statement, they obviously said it was normal. Does anyone else’s make this noise or am I just going insane?

Edit: No, it is not the supercharger. It’s a distinct low moan/howl separate from the supercharger whine.
