Well dyno tuning did not go as well as I hoped it would. We ended up 665 tq and 616hp. Battled with heat soak, (150f iat) spinning tires, and all sorts of crazy abs/tcc issues.. Still not sure if the funky smell was dyno brake or clutch. Finally made some sound pulls, and i was just tired. I'll start on a new heat exchanger and fans shortly, and some other goodies. I hope to have final testing of the active exhaust system bypass module done next week.. I hope to offer tuning shortly also, along with other installs for people in the Detroit area.

High intake air temps, and still under 500miles. It won't make over 9 psi. Things I am learning... After the fact. These guys posting 680whp pulls as a baseline are out of their minds.. 610-630 is about average. I also ran into a lot of belt slip.. More time will help.

Don't you have to pull the fuse to turn the traction control completely off. Personally I would get 2000 miles on it and then try again

Dude, you made 665rwhp and 618 ft lbs of torque. Your torque curve is the one that's flat all the way across and the axis is on the left. Horsepower climbs as a function of torque and rpm and the axis is on the right. You pulled 665 rwhp. Did your dyno operator interpret this backwards or did he just hand it to you with absolutely no interest in actually looking at the results?

GREAT PULL!!!!

Here is my cat's pull at 1200 miles, low 70's outside, superflow AWD dyno. Green air filter is the only modification.

Just curious, is this your first attempt at tuning a modern Dodge? What did you change?

I ran mine the other night. I have 600 miles on her bone stick and it was about 55 degrees. the tires spun in the first pull. I was giddy! Anyway ours look almost identical. I was impressed.
