While driving yesterday I notice in default I'm still in 700hp range and it won't go back to 500hp and no eco light. Any ideas?

I'm sorry what is this eco mod? Try it from a stopped and in park position.

I hear these things allegedly come with a black key as well. If you have one of these useless items hop in with it and see what happens.

I've only carried the red key but I will try the black key. It's strange just had dealership perform an oil change and for some reason I have a growing distrust for them lately.

I feel the same way about the dealer. That's why Jay Leno claims he does all his own oil changes. I have a performance based shop that does beautiful restores on performance cars with great attention to detail. I trust them more since a fast car is not unusual to them and the same guys have been there forever. You know the dealers give the simple jobs to the pimple faced new kid that gets a boner when he hops in a Cat. Just keep all docs for warranty.

No eco light, no lockdown to 500hp means you're not in eco mode. In a Hellcat, you need to be in auto or custom mode, and tap the eco button in the bottom right.

I don't know much about that because I'm an A8, but it makes sense. Aside from going 500hp mode, virtually everything eco mode does is shift-point related.

yes, I mean....if you are in eco mode and shift from "D" to "M" I believe eco is automatically disabled.
Could be wrong though.
