yea where did you read that OP? Check the date of articles or posts, if it's more than a month old then it's probably worthless information (things move fast around here....unless you ordered a car then they are as slow as the Colts defense last night)

It's 50 state emissions legal. If your car is unmodified, if you were to ever have any issues passing emissions Dodge would have to handle it.

Ran mine on a smog machine didn't pass, drove it on the freeway for about 20 miles passed with flying colors had to get it warm
