Long story short I bought louvres for my cat and it came with dents/dips, flash on every edge, and uneven molding all around. Went to return/exchange and they want me to pay for shipping back to them or pay a %15 restock fee if they send me a label to return it. If I didn't like how it looked or I ordered the wrong thing I understand the policy but they sent me garbage with visible defects but as their team deemed it "satisfactory" they are holding their ground on me paying for return shipping or a %15 restock fee because apparently they would sell this trash to another person. So I am more $ our of pocket because they sent me this ridiculously satisfactory product.

That aside I paid a premium for 2-3 day shipping but they shipped it via fedex ground and it took 6 days from the time it was picked up, not that I care about the wait but why did I pay a near $50 premium for ground shipping? What is the free shipping option? Do they walk it to me?

On a side not where can i get some similar louvres that don't look like discount factory rejects? I really liked the look of these but I refuse to put them on a Hellcat.

I searched a bunch and found some that looked good

In pictures : )

No idea if they were made as well as they claimed n looked (in pics)

The were simple straight ones tho, nothing like what you were after

For all you haters in 1970 1971 dunno about the Dodge but on the Cuda’s louvre’s were a rare and what ended up being a highly desirable factory option

I won a pair of the factory lowers once street racing a guy that didn’t have enough cash to lock the bet : )

Nice! I loved my Louvers, super high quality and abs plastic and perfect fit and blemish free. Sharp lines. Really sad they went out of business, we’re around for the 50 years

I've done over a decade in injection molded plastics and you would be laughed out of the building for thinking this is ok. All my quality engineer friends had a serious rage boner over these but tbh I guess i judged a book by it's cover when it came to the advertised pics .

Did you know they were not offered as a option on the cars that came with painted roofs? Lol. You could only order them if you also ordered a vinyl top (made it easy for mopar to hide the hinges)

Sorry yers sucked. Send em back and let it go

I would gladly send them back if they didn't want to charge me for their product being trash.

Why don’t you make them if you work with injection molded plastics?
Yes let me go have an entire die designed and created really quick, should only be a few $$. On a serious note anyone that signed off on this level of first piece should never have a job in this field again.

Half tempted to scan these at work and unfck the shaping manually just so i can make my own bootleg pour style mold and have it come out looking 100x better.

Always read the return policy for big shit before buying my man. Some companies do this on purpose, then you’re sol. Valuable life lesson learned, only cost a set of louvers

I get policies and all that trust me, just figured they'd have some leeway on clearly fked up product but they are basically telling me this is ok in their eyes and they will resell it which is what pisses me off the most. Borderline scam artists still, you expect quality and get a wish.com reject version.

Some products just aren't very good. QC isn't as stringent as other products. Fit and finish are moderate. Those selling them aren't perpetrating a scam... they're just selling mediocre product. When you're expecting top-notch, there's a disconnect.

Not much helpful to offer except that plastic louvers have never been great. I had wonderful aluminum ones on my '08 R/T but never saw plastic ones that didn't look... like plastic.
