Sorry you are so upset about an email, you can also email [email protected] if that makes you feel better. We are factory-backed.
Not necessarily upset, just really tired of the scamming on this forum. It's tedious.

I'm good, warranties seldom workout in the car owners favor. Good-luck finding some buyers.

Forums are a great way to get the word out but on the flipside we're generally a tough crowd.

Anyone would be a tough crowd after they deal with the nonsense we get on here.

Never had this issue with any other car or forum based on that car, but on here you can put a WTB post up for a Abrahams AT1 tank that's gold plated, and you'd get a PM and reply to your post in minutes from a day old account named "stevenjeffries123" that states they have what you need, in perfect condition and to email them, ON THEIR GMAIL.

It has made me realize how ridiculous it would be for a legit business to run off a public email service.

Just saying there's better ways to find business, rather than fishing on a forum where we all literally discuss ways to fix/do any work to our cars because of a empty promised warranty being denied after we put an extra PSI in the tire or some ridiculous excuse is NOT the best demographic to pitch to, that's all.

Must be a real expensive warranty if you need to make a down payment and are offering financing and monthly payments!

You don't want to pay 8% on a loan for a warranty you won't be able to get coverage on? Wow, how dare you.

If you buy it from us at wholesale costs its not included in your loan and you are not stuck with that one dealerships warranty they sell. We are typically well below extended warranty sales at the time of vehicle purchase. Cost all depends on which plan with time and mileage you decide on. Our plans are very affordable but even being a lot less people tend to like having a small monthly payment versus paying it all up front.

Sounds like I'm not the only one that's got an extended warranty that's worth less than the value of the paper it was printed on :-(

Had two dealings with warranty people.

First- Ford, I bought a Shelby GT500 used, got the Platinum warranty. Had the car for 6 months, put some engine visual mods on (one of which was a Moroso stainless battery cover). It spat a plug, I was advised by a friend to take everything off to avoid issues with them calling me out for goofy mods potentially voiding warranty (ironic). I took the box off (had to undo cables to get it off) and got a call saying I only had 8 ignition counts since I bought the car, they were gonna deny the warranty and charge me $8k for a set of heads. The ECU did a hard reset when I left the battery out for too long apparently.

Second- Dodge, like 6 months ago I turn car on and hear a vicious screaming noise. I assume the worst but car is literally untouched so it goes to a Mopar dealer. Get a call 2 days later that the blower wasn't bad, it was the serpentine tensioner that died. It'll be $800 to get it back as THEY HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED A NEW ONE, WITH BELT, without calling me first. I tell them its under warranty. Send them the literal text from dodges site that specifies that exact part under powertrain. He says "no its limited, not powertrain". I asked him to take the belt off and tensioner off, and turn the car on. If he can do that, I would consider it something other than powertrain, but since thats not possible it by definition is powertrain. After 2 weeks of back and forth with absolutely no help from FCA, I had to leave work early to go in person and see wtf was up. I get there and they had an entirely different vin entered in for my car. Even after the mix-up was fixed, they still wanted to deny it because of my speed registered, they stated it was considered harmful driving and that the tensioner blew up because of that. They didn't think it was odd that a car tagged, and driven in MD was under warranty by an owner who lives in Sacramento...I ended up having them take everything off the car and doing it myself. I then surpassed the age of warranty (60months) so I dont have to deal with this bs anymore

For every 10 bad warranty story there's maybe 1 good one where the owner made out whole. I'll take my chances at the casino before I accept those odds.

I actually used these guys to put an extended Dodge warrantee on my HC after reading good reviews on here, and found the pricing to be really good. Jason was very helpful and there was no sales pressure, so no need to bust his balls. I’m not affiliated with them or being paid for this, just a satisfied customer spreading the word.

Yea when I tried to find something I ended up just getting an A+ rating from BBB and their main business linked. They're not a scam or anything and seem to do good work and price well below average, on par with Zeigler.

I just gave him a hard time to see if they were legit or not, never heard of them and the whole gmail for business thing is still odd to me lol

Nevertheless, no need to read into my opinion regarding warranties in relation to decisions about their business. I am just a bad egg

I have their extended warranty on my 2018 WBHC. The a/c recently quit working. I took it to the dealer this morning to be checked out. Turns out the evaporator has a leak and needs to be replaced. Since it’s past the 3/36 factory warranty the extended warranty will have to pay. The service writer told me he got it approved and all I will have to pay is the $100 deductible.

I know this is ancient history, but... When I bought my 2003 Silverado, I bought the GM extended warranty. The salesman tried very hard to get me to buy the 3rd party warranty pushing all the great features and lower cost. I paid the higher price for the GM. Before my GM extended warranty ran out, the 3rd party warranty co no longer existed...
