Dynoed the car earlier that day and put down 642 rwhp. Couldn't get a torque reading as the shop I went to works on Mustangs and was having issues getting it to read torque.
It was the only shop with a dyno that would let me use it to get some baseline pulls. All others only use them for inhouse tuning.
Car is stock power wise but has everything AAD makes for the rear suspension, both P4D diff braces and BMR cradle lockout.
Went home and threw the rear drag setup on, grabbed my helmet and headed out.
Performance settings were Trans Sport Suspension Street Off on the two passes when I remembered to turn it off.
First pass was 60' 1.78 11.48 @ 121MPH forgot to turn the traction control off
Second pass was 60' 1.68 11.24 @ 122.7MPH
Third and final pass was 60' 1.68 11.19 @ 123.1MPH
Last two passes I decided to just flash the converter
I know the car has more in it and I need to lose some weight, I almost died last August from covid and being in a medically induced coma for 11 days, so I decided to eat whatever I wanted for a while. Started my clean eating today.
I had been having a hard time trying to get the ET Street Rs to balance out, I even tried to bubble balance them and it still had a bad vibration at anything over 70. I figured they might need a nice long drive and a few burnouts to help round them out, but it never went away, and I didn't log the runs so I don't know if the vibration through the car was affecting the knock sensors or not. Spoke to Drag Racing Wheels and they referred me to M/T since it had been more than 90 days since I purchased the tires. Called M/T and they immediately approved the warranty since they are having problems with the ET Street R in the 305 45 17 size. Just have to break the bead locks down and ship the tires back. and wait on the replacement pair.
Weather was decent but humidity was 77%
There's a Funday Sunday coming up on 12/18 and I'll be there if I can get my replacement tires here and mounted by then.
