Chrysler's Brampton Assembly Plant has just begun production on the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat! With last year's success of the Challenger Hellcat, Dodge is hoping to continue the model with the Charger, and so far 2015 looks to be as exciting a year for the motor company: the first allocation for the Charger has already sold out!
While the neither the Charger nor the Challenger is being built in limited numbers, there is a limit on how fast supplier IHI can build the superchargers that make the Hellcat purr. Hence, the first allocation of Chargers have already been claimed and sold. Anyone interested in buying a Charger Hellcat can still do so, however, you will have to wait on a list before your supercharged Dodge will be available to you.
Alternatively, some of the first allocation of Hellcats have been bought by dealerships, so if you don't want to wait, you can look for dealerships that might be selling them. Be careful, though, as dealerships know how limited the vehicles are this early into production and are looking to hike up the price to account for the high demand.
