first of all thanks for everyone’s help with the drive mode questions, it turns out that they were just failing to save for some reason but it’s all good now, now I can play around a bit and figure what I like.
Anyway I did my first launch today while I had it on 500hp eco and both traction and suspension on street. I was wondering do those settings go out the window for the brief period your In launch mode? Like I’m max traction and still 500hp this time? Thought I would start small lol. Was sliding around in first and halfway through second I believe it all happened so quick. I launched at 1500rpm and using the continental ice contact tires that came with the car. Couple more questions came to mind after. Say I did it in sport mode or track mode, would it spin right out of control or does it try and keep itself straighter than it would if I just mat it being as it’s “launch” mode not burnout mode, brought me to the last question. What makes launching different from holding the brake while I rev it up and release like normal? I know there’s rpm settings and all for the advanced guys but still. Thank you very much guys. Lots of questions there I know. What a car haha wow. Cheers

Skip the Weathertechs, get these. Ive had both and these are far better. They fit much better and dont slide around. They really stay put due to a layer of soft grippy material on the underside. Also the look is really upscale unlike the truck look of the Weathertechs. Has almost a carbon fiber look, very nice. Worth whatever wait time there is.

Just installed the 3D mats, they look great, fit perfectly, better than the WeatherTechs. I did not compare them side-by-side but they seem lighter duty than the WT, maybe only can hold a gallon of water compared to WT's holding 2-3. But the price is right and I don't plan on getting a lot of snow and mud in the HC!

It's raining today, I'll get one tomorrow.

I noticed the place I got them has a much higher price now. Apparently you need to be patient and catch sales. I need a cover, I figure I'll wait for Black Friday.

I went and bought the Tuxmat! And I love them! I was really close to buy the 3D mats but the Tuxmats are way better!

Once I’m back from my business trip to London, I’ll take a few pictures and will share them 😉
