Did you see that in the Challenger brochure from FCA? Sublime is radar and laser absorbing. It's the only color that does that. This is one of the reasons the Sublime has been so popular!

Honestly it doesn't make a difference, once the cop lasers you it's done regardless of what a fancy detector picks up. Plates could work but I don't think that is the case for most of the new laser guns cops are using now a days.

Yes you are right. The Lasers used nowadays do not emit the beam continuously. It only does it when the trigger is pulled and the result is in milliseconds. If your detector goes off, you're already caught. Lasers give the speed, distance clocked at and the direction (going towards or away). If the cop is holding a handheld unit it is a laser. If it is a dash mounted unit, it is an older radar. Be Safe everyone.
