Sorry for the multiple duplicate posts, I found that nobody could reply to my first or second attempt to post this. Turns out, you cannot use the word "install" or any variant of it in the thread tittle, or the thread becomes locked out. Gee, makes perfect sense.....

Installed these yesterday. Never understood why Dodge would go with black wheels, and give us these ugly chrome lug nuts and plain metal TPMS stem.

(Excuse my fingerprints on my dirty wheels!)

If you're interested, I went with:
DP accessories black lug nuts - http://a.co/3fGoy9t
Wheelmate 45930B Valve Stem Cover - http://a.co/fyQdXfF

I went with the DP accessories because of positive reviews in several threads here on the forums. No locks as it came from the factory without wheel locks, and I really didn't feel the need to add locks.

The TPMS covers were SIMPLE to install. With the wheel on the car, take a 12mm socket, and remove the original "cover", and install the new one. Much better in black!

Now all that's left is to black out those ugly wheel balancing weights with a sharpie or black nail polish!

Speaking of black lugs, are the $60+ Gorilla lugs the only black option we have for stock wheels?
I haven't seen Gorilla for $60, more like $80 or $100. The lug nuts from DP accessories I linked in my OP were $57 shipped from Amazon. They've gotten good reviews here on the forum, so I went with them.

Thanks again for the find. Absolute 10 on the black wheels.
Alloy wheel Tire Rim Wheel Motor vehicle

But what I want to know is what, if any could be the reason the stock ones on the back are only 11mm and taller versus the fronts at 12mm and short. I can't think of any logical reason for this. But again there was no logical reason to have aluminum an a black rim. *Shrugs*

Do you have to use the caps that come with the wheelmate valve stem covers or are they universal and I can keep my "hellcat" caps?

I’ve had mine painted black for several years but I like this option better.

Not sure but what I do know is that the black stem covers that the OP posted are too long. I bought and installed them, but I can't connect an air pump to the valve stems because the pump hose won't go down far enough on the stem before it touches the black stem covers. They look great as long as you never need to add air to the tires.
