Floor mats besides weathertech...

18416 Views 47 Replies 27 Participants Last post by  Dennis H
Seems like a lot of people are using weathertech all weather floor mats in their HCs. I have them in my truck and they seem appropriate... for the truck. I'm not sure they really "fit" the Charger hellcat. The ridges and channels are very deep.

Anyone else have any good all weather mats out there? In particular I was looking at the Maxpider Kagu mats. Anyone have those in a charger hellcat and if so, how do they fit?

i was forced to get the Weathertechs because i couldnt find any carpeted versions. I agree, seems like overkill. Kind of too industrial.
Ironically i found a company that makes really nice premolded material with carpet installed over it for my Sierra pickup but not for cars. I was like, really? Seems odd on both ends of that. WTH
Love the carpeted ones in my truck though lol.
Following as I need to get snow mats before next winter.

Those 3D max look nice. Realize this is a "what else besides weathertech" thread, but I have them and could not be more pleased with them.....i wouldn't call them an industrial look they blend nicely IMO.

Weathertech for a dually but not in my Hellcat lmao.

Lloyd Ultimats for me. Keep my OE mats in a bag untouched. The Ultimats are awesome. Generous cut and really nice carpet.

Since the rain is unavoidable out here in Oregon, some sort of winter floor mats are necessary. After using WeatherTech Floor Liners in my Ram Trucks for many years, I found that they worked great but the relatively hard plastic material really got to me... and I sure did not want the look, feel, and sound of the hard plastic in the Hellcat. I noticed the Husky Floor Liners while in the Dodge Dealer Parts Department and found that they were made from a more flexible material... so I gave them a try.

They fit very well and do not squirm around. The only gripe is that the fit over the dead pedal could be better. Taking the time to clean off some of the sharp little carpet gripper nubs on the sides of the floor liners with a pair of end cutting pliers actually helped them fit better and prevented any possibility of leaving marks on the plastic trim. Those sharp little suckers are all over the back of the floor liners, even where there is no carpet.

Here are a couple of pictures showing how they fit... and the appearance modification that makes them easier on the eyes (thanks to ReBadge Design):

I've also got the Husky liners. Very happy with them.
I have the husky liners in the grand Cherokee, and they are great. I got a set for the charger hellcat, they are still in the box, as the charger is not my daily driver, and I don't expect to drive it in inclement weather. In the event I have to use the cat in the snow (scary!) I can throw them in, or in the trunk if I go on a road trip, just in case.

How do you get the "SRT" logo in the Husky's? Do you have to order thru Dodge?
I called Husky and they do not offer the "SRT" logo. Still wondering how to get this.

Also, the 3D mats look nice too. They seem to have less of a "mat" look.
Those are replacement badges from ReBadge Design.
I think I'll get the 3D mats before next winter. They just look more appealing than the Weathertech and Husky mats.
i use the factory dodge rubber mats in the winter. they're not terrible. they say "Dodge" on them (I think) or Challenger but i really think it's Dodge.

these and they say dodge:

I put a set of these in my Cat...black of course. I really like the way the look in the car. Rubber with holes to protect against minor spills and wet/dirty shoes, but not too heavy duty looking.

Husky's FTW! I love them. I am going to be getting the trunk liner soon. I also have a set in the wife's Durango. They are fantastic and much nicer on the wallet than Weathertech is.
I would love a set of the Lloyds Luxe mats but they have no option for the Hellcat logo. Looking for a black set with orange binding and an orange Hellcat logo. I am picking up a Weathertech mat for the trunk.

Lloyds are great mats, durable too. Had them in my GTO Have Husky floor liners in the HC and like them a bit better than the weathertechs

Another vote for the Mopar OEM ones. They do a good job and don't look like they belong in a work truck.

Right... Cause CLEARLY the idea of anyone wanting to put actually useful mats in a Hellcat is just laughable?!
