It has to more difficult than it sounds since the car is claimed to have a top speed of 206 under ideal conditions and the Challenger Hellcat is supposedly 199. I assume if it was just a factor of holding the gas pedal down, he would have gone much faster. Wind conditions on any particular day have to be a factor since you have to average your time both ways and head winds and cross winds at that speed in a fairly non-aerodynamic car would be pretty precarious.
I was fascinated to read recently that if you crossed the starting line of a quarter mile going 200 MPH in car with a top speed of 200 MPH that a current top fuel dragster starting from zero would chase you down and pass you within the quarter mile.
