I installed one on mine and the air conditioner blew

I get that it uses the ac to keep everything cold in the summer when you run the ac but what happens in the winter when you run the heat inside the car for the winter or am I over thinking this I drive my cat year round rain sunshine summer day or snow

It didn't affect mine, I ran the FI Interchiller stage 1 kit for over 2 years.
