I don't know about the chargers but I removed my front grill decal that said SRT from my hellcat and it left nothing behind it just clicks in at least on the Challenger,

if you remove the factory badge from the grill on the chargers, does that black piece stay on behind it? Or is there a way to get that off too?
Depends on the year. Up to and including 2018 you can't remove it. The grille behind is molded with a flat spot for it to clip on, so if you remove it you'd just have a flat spot in the same shape. Not an improvement. I'm not positive but I think the 2019 and newer grille does allow badge removal.

Thanks man! I got the xlume badge I’m putting down low. Having that and the badge up top is corny lol. Cheers

On my 2020 Widebody, the little square holder stays in the grill. But I broke the cheap plastic badge in two by removing it from the grill
