I hear a lot of people do not like drilling holes in their new Hellcats/392/Scat Pack

I saw this online don't know if anyone is interested in it but it is a lot better thing drilling holes in the front bumper for those that live in a state that requires a front license plate.

I thought about getting a custom organization plate (RIT college) so it would be white but I didn't think that the yellow plate looked too bad on Torred. Also, the mustard plate is a "retro" color in NY.
