Is the front wheel hub / bearing covered under warranty?

My 21 RE has 27.3k miles and after replacing the front rotors / pads for the second time, the brake pedal / steering vibrates a LOT when braking hard from highway speeds ..... its not ABS as i am on clean, dry, hot pavement.

Doesnt sound like a wheel bearing issue to me but if it is then yeah it should be covered. You have a three year bumper to bumper warranty.
That is typically a brake issue. Who has been doing your brake work?

Yes, to jump to that is too much of a leap. Considering you just replaced things that cause this........... Do you know what "brake judder" is? Did you bed the pads correctly? 27K miles on a 2021? Dang, you sure drive that a lot! Congrats that it's not a garage queen.

If it is a brake issue they will normally only cover wearable brake items for 12 months or 12,000 miles.

What brand rotors did you replace the OE ones with? Did you use the OE rotors?

OE Front Rotors, hawk pads .... bed in correctly, the same way i have done so for 45 years.

They are checking the radial run out today to see if the new rotors are warped.

I doubt warped rotors would do what you're describing. The pads would just move with them. Thick and thin rotors do that, but usually uneven brake pad material. Ever experience brake shudder/judder whatever it's called this week?

Yes i have and it feels similar, but the brake judder i felt was all the time, my issue is only above 70mph.

How do you correctly bed-in worn rotors on new pads? You can’t. There is your issue right there. Buy new rotors and pads and your shudder will go away.

Did you thoroughly clean the mating surface of the hubs? Usually there is a bit of rust and debris on the hubs and it could be impeding on the new rotor mating properly and square with the hub surface. Other than that, maybe the steering tie rod end links are worn?
