Okay, I replaced the factory unit with a 295 unit yesterday. Car fired up fine, drove about half an hour away, did a few pulls during that time and everything was fine. 80psi all the way to redline. Parked for a few hours and then did the same back home. Now, a few hours after that, the car is stuttering and I’m showing only 17psi fuel pressure and a P062A code. If I just turn the car to ‘run’ I get 34psi, sometimes almost 80. As soon as I start it, 17. Any ideas?

Where are you taking the FP Readings?? Have you checked Fuel Flow??

Restricted fuel filters, kinked/obstructed line, bad pump electrical connection, intermittently bad pump(s). New just means "never been uses; doesn't mean they are any good."

HP Tuner datalog. The same one that was showing me 80psi 8 hours ago.

Got it figured out. The new pump blew the discharge hose off the basket nipple. I pulled it all back out and put some clamps on the nips (yeah baby). Up and running again. Hopefully I’m done with it.
