all it takes is 1 guy to decide to switch lanes and he's dead

It would need a dedicated walled off lane, cause there is just too many idiots that do not know how to drive in this country.

The difference is on the Autobahn drivers keep right except to pass. In the US there are too many idiots parked in the passing lane.
