I’m about to install the dual turbo compound set up on my 2016 charger hellcat and was curious what size injectors I should run if doing a flex fuel tune. 1300cc or do I need to run 1700cc. Also was curious if I should leave stock pulley system or upgrade? Might trailer car up to Barth tuning for tune to be done or go to Gearhead fabrication seeing how they’re in my back yard I. Florida. Any and all info will be greatly appreciated so let me know what you know. Thanks in advance.

@JoeEd had the Hellion's installed on his HC.
Maybe he will post in and help out or his thread may be helpful to you too for other information.

The kit doesn't come with injectors?

Love mine for sure. I have 1200cc injectors with a drop in duel pump system, tuned for flex fuel and we have had no issues. We went back to the stock pulley from a 2.85 as the supercharger really only seems to produce boost in the low rpm range, at about 3k the turbos kick like a rocket! Running stock internals, so we have it conservatively tuned, dyno'd 935whp but I know we could get more and may crank her up some more here soon. Not having ever driven a car with that much horsepower to the wheel, it was probably the smart thing to do. We've had a couple issues with exhaust leaks, and cooked one of the Turbo air filters, changing the flex tune to strictly E85 now, so looking forward to some fresh numbers this week both on the dyno and hopefully at the track Friday night.
I don't daily drive her but she could easily be a daily on this set up! Never gets old hearing the supercharger whine then the jet sounding turbos kick in! The first time the waste gates dumped it scared the crap outta me but I'm used to it now lol.

All out, $12,400 plus tuning, injectors, fuel pumps..... if you install yourself.
That is not terrible on price either.
Hope you have driveshaft, diff brace, and good tires to hook lol.
Not too shabby

That's an awesome price, mine out the door was almost another 8k, but yea that was pretty much all labor. Already had the HP tuning setup, and the injectors from my first upgrades. Mine is a 2019 with only the original P4 differential brace, stock drive shaft...but drag radials are an absolute must...is kinda cool doing a burnout from 70mph going down I75 but only takes once to realize the stupid power this set up has!

I would figure go with the 1300cc at the minimum. But I would probably run the 1700cc to not have to full with it later on if you decide you want more power. I hate doing things more then once and look to the future when I mod my cars. But I think I might try and talk my wife into the kit for her car later on down the road

Sizing your injectors would be determined by what turbo's you are going to run and how much power that you're trying to make.

This is just my suggestion: If you have the budget for it. Buy the bigger injectors because this would prevent you from having to buy them in the future anyway. If you buy the smaller ones now and then increase your power, then you'll have to buy the bigger ones anyway. Also, it's easier to tune for the bigger injectors than it is if you make the smaller ones go static by making too much power and they can't supply enough fuel to feed a Hungry Cat!

My vote is for the 1700's but it's easy for me to spend your money. :)

Good Luck with your build and Please let us know how it turns out!

Thank you for the info, I greatly appreciate it. From the sounds of it everything is stock other than the injectors. What size turbos did you go with on your build?

Compound boost sounds great, but doesn’t the stock supercharger eventually become the airflow restriction? I’m not sure at what power level (1,100+), but eventually the turbos are hampered? Sweet setup!
Yeah I’ve herd this a lot , herd more like around 1300 but not really looking to go over 1100 seeing it’s going to be a daily driver still

Makes sense , appreciate the info. Yeah it’s only about 900$ difference for 1700cc lol

Yeah I purchased the driveshaft and already have NT05R’s for now and plan on going with a full radial once I have more power

I just went with the 62mm ball bearing turbos with the screamer option. If you haven't purchased the kit yet and are on Facebook, reach out through messenger to John Urist. He's great and was very helpful in answering any questions you may have. Really depends on what goals now and down the road you have!

I've tried to keep everyone updated in my post and will keep doing so. Having never drag raced at all prior to having this kit installed my personal best was my 10th pass ever, got me a win in and into the Semi-finals for the Hemi-Shootout Fast 8...10.282 at 144.97mph. That was with a 1.78 60ft so I still have some work to do getting out of the hole!
